About me
I am a 3D graphic designer and modeler and have been doing this since early childhood. I focus on the creation of models of historical architecture and subsequent presentation in the form of visualizations, animations or 3D printing.
I studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University, where I got into the studio of Professor Girsa, who convinced me to focus on historical buildings. I supplemented my education by studying garden design at the CCA in Mělník. These schools helped me to better understand the relationship between interior and exterior and to combine everything into one whole.
Modelling has always been my hobby. Over time I gained experience and like every modeler I also experimented. Studying at university opened up the possibilities of computer graphics. I could now create my models in a way that was more accurate and faster on time. At the same time, the school deepened my knowledge of historic preservation and taught me how to navigate the technical drawings that are now essential to my work. As technology continues to evolve, I have been able to expand my skill set to include 3D printing and combine computer graphics with traditional model making.
Logically, the day followed when I decided to capitalise on my existing experience and start a business in this field. I have created a portfolio of work, to which I have gradually added successful commissions from clients who have been interested in my work. My greatest skill is spatial imagination, and if I want to create something, it is important to have it. The next important step is to be able to present it, and the techniques I present here on the site help me with that.
I enjoy constantly expanding the horizon of my skills, and I am also interested in new techniques and technologies. Currently, that interest is in virtual reality. In today’s world this technology is becoming more and more common, and if you can walk around a building that is yet to be built today, why on the other hand couldn’t you walk around another one that is no longer standing. Seeing my models like this is very interesting and I hope to move this technique into the commercial range soon.
If you like my work, feel free to contact me and let’s create together.
